Rhianna and Tyra Banks made an appearance at the Costume Institutes's Annual Gala Monday night sporting some rather interesting hair do's.
Rihanna's makeup was flawless, and she debuted a new edgy cut with white streaks.
Was this a fun, sexy take on a punk rock look, or did it resemble a skunk?
Tyra wore a braided bun, but instead of wearing it at the crown of her head or nape of her neck, she decided to go avant garde and place the bun near her forehead.
Did her daring choice pay off?

I will say that I am not a fan of the placement of the bun. Call me a traditionalist, but I think that the bun should remain at the back of the head. Granted that this could be the angle of the photo, I looks as if someone just pasted an foreign object on the top of her head.
